Aegis Vector Labs ("we", "us") is a boutique technology & cybersecurity agency. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how you can control it. It applies to this website and to work we deliver.

From you directly when you submit our project form, email us, or engage us: your name, email, company (optional), a website/reference URL (optional), the service you need, and any details you include.

During an engagement: project materials and, where relevant, technical details about systems we are authorized to work on. We handle these only to perform the work.

Automatically when you visit this site: standard server logs (IP, user agent, pages requested) for security and abuse prevention.

- Respond to your request and scope the work. - Deliver and support the services you engage us for. - Improve our own methods using aggregated, de-identified information. - Diagnose issues and prevent abuse via server logs.

We never sell or rent personal data, and never share your information with third parties for their marketing.

Materials and findings from an engagement are shared only with you and anyone you authorize. Access is restricted to team members working on your project. You may request deletion of your project data after delivery.

- Requests, correspondence, and project data: retained while you are an active client, then up to 24 months after the last interaction for record-keeping. - Server logs: 30 days.

Operational data lives in a managed Postgres instance (Neon, US-East). All transfers use TLS. Access is restricted to authorized staff via password-protected accounts with lockout on repeated failed logins.

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, and to object to processing. Email hello@aegisvector.dev and we will respond within 30 days.

Aegis Vector Labs is a B2B service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

If we materially change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify active clients by email.
